Michael Waters is part of the WaveStrong Security team and Cyber Security Evangelist.  Prior to joining WaveStrong, Michael served in the united states armed forces, within the Military Police, Intelligence corps and as a Federal Police Officer working Patrol, Traffic, Investigations, High Tech and Cyber Crimes.  With over 15 years of experience working within the Information Security Community, with leadership companies such as IBM’s Security Division, ISS, X-Force, and Guardium database security.  He holds California POST certifications, and earned a BSBM Bachelor

Karla Reed, Vice President Information Technology, Vintage Wine Estates

 
Karla Reed has been involved with information systems and technology for over 27 years, 20 of those in the wine industry in various roles.  She began her career in the “WIT biz”, as information systems analyst and inventory control with The Chalone Wine Group playing a major role in implementing their new ERP system and rolling out new POS platforms to five tasting rooms.  She was recruited by KJ, to lead the Global Inventory Management and Inventory Compliance role.
