Erwin’s automation experience started in Switzerland while working as a software engineer for a Ticket Vending Machine Manufacturer. The curiosity about Silicon Valley was tremendous and he moved to Sunnyvale in 1988. There he worked in Automation till 1996 when Erwin started his own firm – Redwood Software Technology, specializing in MES software with integration toward ERP systems. His clients were all over the world, and he often averaged 100,000 air miles per year. Time with his family was limited and his 3 boys always assumed that he was actually a spy.

Peter started for a mom and pop's place in Modesto, CA at the age of 17, where he was part of the construction and opening and learned in's and out's of the restaurant business. At the age of 21 Peter opened his own small bistro in Modesto while continuing to be the General Manager of the restaurant. At the age of 25, he decided to part and go to culinary school, which allowed him to work in London where he started with the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. He worked at four different properties(London, Hualalai on the big island of Hawaii, San Francisco, and Miami).

Craig Camp is a veteran fine wine professional with more than three decades of experience in every facet of the industry including importing, exporting, distribution, marketing, sales and production.

Seth Bromberger has been involved in network and systems security for over nineteen years. His work history spans multiple industries and sectors, including government, finance, and energy. He is Principal at NCI Security, a consulting firm dedicated to the protection of domestic and international critical infrastructure. Previously, he was the Executive Vice President of Information Sharing and Government Outreach at Energy Sector Security Consortium, a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization he helped co-found in 2008.
