Peter started for a mom and pop's place in Modesto, CA at the age of 17, where he was part of the construction and opening and learned in's and out's of the restaurant business. At the age of 21 Peter opened his own small bistro in Modesto while continuing to be the General Manager of the restaurant. At the age of 25, he decided to part and go to culinary school, which allowed him to work in London where he started with the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. He worked at four different properties(London, Hualalai on the big island of Hawaii, San Francisco, and Miami).
