Rebecca Stamey-White, Partner, Hinman & Carmichael. LLC

Rebecca's practice focuses on alcohol beverage licensing and compliance; state ABC administrative hearing defense; advertising, marketing and distribution advice and trade practice counseling for the wine, beer, spirits and hospitality industries.  She particularly enjoys counseling clients on all aspects of promotional and marketing compliance, including designing legal relationships between alcohol industry members and unlicensed third party service providers and setting up compliant promotional events and social media marketing campaigns.   Rebecca was previously an associate in the litigation group of Kirkland & Ellis, where she gained substantial experience in commercial litigation matters, worked on litigation involving constitutional challenges to state alcohol regulatory statutes, and provided regulatory advice to California wine industry businesses.
